If you've been around FPP for awhile, you know Sara Seeburg. She is the head editor around here, and I rarely send anything that hasn't had her eagle eyes all over it first.
Sara's husband, Dierk, suffered a stroke at the end of March. Dierk is young and healthy, he recently competed in an IronMan!, so this was shocking to say the least. Dierk, Sara and their three young kids live in Arizona; most of their family is in Germany.
Since then, Dierk has made an amazing recovery and is slated to come home in 6 days. Sara has requested help with food; if you live in the area her meal train is here. If you don't, you can send gift cards for groceries, for Instacart, for DoorDash - or just Venmo cash to @sara-seeburg

I know this isn't an easy time for anyone; please don't feel pressured to help if you are already strained. Sara has been a huge part of the Fitness Protection community and I would do absolutely anything for her. If you can assist her family in any way during this time, it would mean the world to both of us!
