Like Indiana Jones & The Temple of DOOM!

That Time of Year
By the time you read this, I will be driving home from Spring Break with my family. Every year during break, we binge a movie series and this year we chose Indiana Jones. I forgot how much wisdom was in those movies!

In these past few years, the mileage has not piled up as quickly as it has in years past life has been laughing, elder care, and childcare take up increasing amounts of my spare time and sometimes it’s harder to get started then I care to admit. Everything’s easy when your fits when you aren’t the miles feel heavier than the years every time.
Choose wisely! Every day we have multiple choices to make. Going for the hardest workout on the day you don’t feel it going for the longest run on a day when you haven’t slept the night before these aren’t wise choices as I say over and over you only get one body you don’t with your body. You can have a do over with your workout anytime! So let’s choose wisely and move forward as cautiously as we can, together
I know it’s a scary time for many of us, and if life is hitting you in the wallet LMK. I don’t want anyone to give up support and community during scary times, because that’s when we need support and community the most. Just hit me up in office hours using the link below.
Office Hours. (Click the word "office hours" to book!).
You are coached. You are loved. We are gonna get through it all, together!
❤️❤️❤️💙💙💙
This Month’s Workouts

Rebuilders will have a fun progressive run/walk series with step-ups to get your glutes firing without the knee strain lunges can cause. Park benches are perfect for these! Just try to keep your knees stable!
Maintainers will get ready to race shorter distances with the yearly 1x1, and a ladder workout that starts off at 5k effort and brings you back down to half-marathon paces. Enjoy both- and run like you just saw a snake!!! Then get out there and sign up for a 5k!

This article carries a soft emotional touch and reminds me of writing done with genuine intent. It’s beautifully simple yet expressive enough to leave an impression. I love browsing through spaces like coxcheer.com, lickspittles.com, bestbirdsongcds.com, krewekeeper.com, afrikato.com, lawnmower-care.com, topkapiescortq.com, appywleb.com, woodfellas.in, and ChroniclesOfSilence.com — this blog fits perfectly among them with its refreshing positivity.
I absolutely loved this post—it had such a genuine vibe. It reminded me of how grounded the writing feels on legalityintern.com and bakingtalesandfails.com. Your storytelling has the same honesty as onlytwothings.com and the structured clarity of manageprinters.com. That mix of realism and creativity makes me think of ClubTeenGirls.com, blogly.in, sangoxinh.com, coralunallc.com, sceptred-isle.com, and laicaicai.com.
Fantastic post! It’s rare to find content that feels this authentic and well-thought-out. I love how your ideas connect with everyday life—similar to the refreshing reads on emoticontoy.com and bosch-uk.com. The tone also resonates with bath-international.com and nativefeeder.com. I’ve shared it with a few friends who usually read TempAtLogin.com, llarinfantsnala.com, meinefinca.com, FreelanceIphone.com, lantaolighting.com, and wintersuntec.com—they’re going to enjoy this for sure!
Your blog feels like a breath of fresh air — every post offers something insightful and enjoyable. I love how you bring clarity and creativity together in every piece. It inspires me to work harder on my own projects such as StupidSnow.com, kalistahomes.com, and bozporn.net. I also share similar ideas through checkerflagparts.com, teknolder.com, and situsmerahtoto.info. My other growing platforms include kurdengineers.com, drasva.com, morecai.com, reposuke.com, and curlysamrulez.com. Your passion for writing truly motivates me to keep going strong!
I’m always amazed by how engaging and well-structured your posts are. They inspire me to share valuable content on my own sites like CafeChinaPollOk.com, batimaroc.com, ttamusic.com, itforecaster.com, and jamierpoker.com. My other platforms — changepx.com, dropshopdeals.com, edenimmobilier.com, theflycaster.com, and curlysamrulez.com — are where I share my creativity. Keep up your amazing work!
