Demanding December

It’s asking a LOT…

ree

By the time you read this, I will be in Istanbul, en route to a grad school friend’s wedding in Egypt!!!! I am wildly excited!! I return late in Dec 3, then have surgery on Dec 5, so Office Hours will resume once I’ve recovered enough to sit upright!!!

We Made It?

Welp, 2024 is almost over. It isn’t ending the way I expected, I know I REALLY hoped I’d be back running by now, but bright spots do abound:

• I have restarted Pilates, and feel stronger and more coordinated than I have in a long time

• the heart medications are working!

• my kids are in a good place. 🤞🏻

• my marriage is, too

• I’m taking mah-jongg lessons

I know, right??? That last one is wild! Yall know I don’t do resolutions, but I’ve always wanted to learn Mah-Jongg and saw an advertisement for local beginner group classes so that’s happening in February. One hour per week for 8 weeks. Way less of a time suck than my Sun Burns ever were!!!

(Speaking of Sun Burn, keep an eye out for a short-term strength program we will start in February. Details will come as soon as we have a handle on my recovery from surgery!)

What I want you to remember right now is that this year has been Demanding. This December is already demanding enough as the slide through holiday parties, holiday travel and holiday shopping begins. Schedules will be torn apart with school breaks and weather. Plans will go up in smoke! Now isn’t the time to put more stress on yourself. Let’s get through this season, then come back together in January for a planning webinar and discuss what 2025 needs to look like for you.

Wherever you are this holiday season, please know how grateful I am for each and every one of you, how none of this would be possible without you. I am deeply, profoundly grateful.

If you want me to tell you exactly how grateful I am, hop in Office Hours. (Click the word "office hours" to book!)…. Once I’m up and moving!

You are coached. You are loved. And I can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store for all of us. ❤️❤️❤️💙💙💙

Loving you is a dream come true, thank you for supporting my small, woman-owned business! Seriously- I wouldn't still be here without you.

And HUGE thanks to my 1:1 clients- if it wasn't for you, my kids wouldn't have been able to participate in after-school activities these past 3 years. Yall really came through, and if you EVER need anything from me, you know you can ask. There's nothing (within reason and LEGAL) I wouldn't do for you.
