Love Your Meat Suit!
I have never liked the phrase "meat suit", it sounds so gross!!! BUT that's what skin is, so please please please take care of it! Slather it in sunscreen- your face needs the equivalent of a SHOT GLASS FULL every time you leave the house! Yes, THAT MUCH!
I'm not sure which sounds grosser- "Meat suit" or "shotglass full of sunscreen" LOL!
It's MAY. HOLY COW. I still don't know how that happened? We are now closing on the 5-year anniversary of the quarantine. That doesn't feel real. Everything is different, but nothing has really changed in so many ways.
All I know for sure- it's hot. I'm finally able to jog in small bits again, and even when I'm going out for 20 minutes I'm wearing a quarter of a bottle of sunscreen, so if you are planning to be out longer than that please wear more!!!!
